Ok Club walk and coffee takes place at 1:00 PM (1:45 for just coffee) every Monday (weather permitting). Meet at the boardwalk in front of Prairie Grounds Coffee House. Everyone is welcome.
Balanced Fitness Exercise Class with Julie every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 9:30 to 10:15 each week at the Langdon Field House. Winter Session begins on Tuesday January 9th and ends on March 28th; Cost is $20 for members and $30 for non-members for the 3-month session. Please email us at langdonokclub@gmail.com if you would like to sign up.

Annual General Meeting will take place on January 18th, 2023, at 6:30 PM at the Langdon Field House. Pizza will be served free of charge to all members that attend. Lunch and Learn about Elder Abuse - Febuary 6 12:00 to 1:30 at the FireHouse Restaurant
• Learn the types of Elder Abuse
• Learn to recognize Elder Abuse
• Please attend because you play an essential role in promoting awareness in our community. This event is free to anyone 18+ not just seniors, as this topic affects all of us as a community. Catered lunch, refreshments and door prizes provided.

Stage West Dinner Theatre - 40 tickets are reserved for the Wednesday March 27th 2024 Matinee performance - Chapter 2 - Buffet 10:30 am - Show 12:00 pm. Click here for further information on the show. Members cost is $30.00, Non-members are welcome and will be charged $50.00, which will include a free 2024 membership to our club. Langdon Days - will be held TBA. We will again be participating in the parade and will need people to help decorate and ride/walk in the parade. If you would like to participate, please let Marilyn know (waivers will be required). If you have any fresh ideas for decorating the float (truck) I would really like some input.

Jubilations Dinner Theatre 50 Tickets are reserved for the Sept 4th 2024 6:30 pm performance of More Greased. Member's all in cost is $40, Non-members are welcome and will be charged $60. All costs include GST and a mandatory 18% Gratuity. Regular cost is $70.42. The Langdon OK Club will be holding a Chinese food buffet at our local B&T Restaurant, 311 Centre Street N, Langdon for the potluck dinner on September 19, 2024 at 6:30 pm. Holding the dinner at the restaurant provides us with greater variety to meet most tastes and a relaxing dinner for all! The buffet will be subsidized for members by our current Casino funds. The cost for members is $12 and $21.95 for non-members. Please note: Any beverage purchases are your responsibility. Dessert and birthday cake is included.
If you are interested in attending, please send an email money transfer no later than September 16, 2024 to langdonokclub@gmail.com and mention that it is for the Chinese Buffet in the notes section. Etransfer is preferred, but if you wish to pay by exact cash or cheque, you can pay Kathy McIntyre directly at the September 12th exercise class or contact me directly at 403-354-2777 to make payment arrangements. Please feel free to pass this invite on to your 60+ Langdon area friends and relatives.
After dinner activities will take place in the Fieldhouse for those who wish to partake in the fun of playing Pictionary or Feuding Families.

***UPDATED*** Christmas Craft Sale We are going to participate again in the Langdon Christmas Market being held at The Track Golf Course Event Centre on Saturday November 30, 2024. The funds raised will be used for incidentals that have not been budgeted for but will add value to some of our activities, (eg prizes for games, table decorations etc. for our potlucks).
Last year we added a bake sale along with the crafts and it was a huge success.
If you are a crafter and would like to donate any of your handcrafted treasures, you will be reimbursed for 30% of the sale price of any items sold. Any unsold items will be returned to the donor. If anyone has any ideas of items that could be made in a group situation, suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My basement is available for crafting sessions and some fun socializing. Please let me know if you are interested.
For those who love (or even kind of like) to bake, we will greatly appreciate any and all baked contributions. Last year we found that cookies were a great seller, along with loaves. Joan Haines will again be collecting and packaging all of the baking.
